Lierne, LLC,
Developer,
was founded in the mid-1970s as a general partnership executing model
home and commercial real estate investments throughout the country. In
the early 1990s, the partnership consolidated its assets in CO,
and redirected them into residential apartment buildings. Today,
Lierne, LLC, is solely owned and managed by H.L. Parker, who brings 30
years of real estate investment, development and management experience
to Lombard Gate. Most recently, Ms. Parker was Executive Director,
Amstar Group, LLC, an $800 million private real estate opportunity
fund.
